There are many ways members of Holy Trinity support the work of the church, including by giving money.
While giving financially is important to keep the work of the church going, it’s also part of our discipleship. Learning to be generous for the Kingdom means we also learn something of the generous heart of God. If you’d like to give to the church, you can give a regular or one-off donation.
Giving a regular amount each month helps us budget and plan so we can be as impactful as possible with our spending
You can do this through:
● a standing order from your bank account
● your employer’s payroll giving scheme
● the church’s blue envelope scheme
● internet or telephone banking
If you need any help setting up a regular donation, please email Ken Watling, our planned giving officer, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The church’s bank details
To donate directly to the church, here are the bank details you need.
Account name: Holy Trinity Parochial Church Council
Sort code: 20-52-74
Account number: 50748692
If you want to give a one-off donation to the church, please use the bank details above.
Making your gift go further with Gift Aid
Did you know Holy Trinity can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give if you donate through Gift Aid? You just need to be a UK taxpayer and your donation cannot be more than 4 times what you have paid in tax that financial year. You can find out more about Gift Aid on GOV.UK
You can donate through Gift Aid for regular and one-off donations. To enable us to claim Gift Aid on your donation please fill in this Gift Aid form. Please then give the form to Ken Watling or email it to him at email@example.com.
Giving during a service
We take an offering at each service. You can put cash straight in or use the blue envelope giving scheme which will enable us to claim Gift Aid on your donation.
